Need suggestion, we are here with business Visa and my wife is pregnant. we want to deliver the baby and rely on public aid (free service) . Does it affect us coming US again?

it may. there have been several instances of refusal of issuance of visa upon expiry of the current one. however, if a compelling reason exists such as complex medical need requiring continuation of medical treatment in the US hospitals, such restrictions may be waived. the restriction is imposed on the ground of being a Public Charge, by using available free medical treatment and associated costs. If you pay the medical bills, it should not affect you in future. US restricts anchor-baby purpose. not a legal advice, please consult an immigration attorney.
