do you know any travel agents who take payments by credit cards in US and deliver air tickets to my relatives in Nepal?

In other words, I would like to pay here but the flights origin from Kathmandu.

You can send ticket yourself. The travel agent will email you e-ticket. You can email that etkt to Nepal.

I purchased tkt for my parents here by using CC and sent the tkt by email. They printed tkt and came here.
