Dear all,
Could anyone suggest what am I supposed to do with this firewall problem:
As soon as I enable the firewall, I lose the internet connection but resumes if I turn it off. I don't want my computer to get infected. So your help will be very much appreciated.
Thank you all in advance.

If you are using windows then you probably need to go to windows firewall and click advance see if your wireless connection or some other connection is checked or not? As you havent provided a detailed information i dont want to give you any random answers. There might be the possibility that you are using third party firewall programe. And may be in that programe somewhere you might have selected that if firewall is turn on then close the internet conncetion... or in that programe you might have set the firwall be very aggressive. Please modify that content if you are doing so. Hope this helps.
Good luck,
YekloYatri

Mero_nepal ji,
Tapailey vannu vako option nai chaina....
status and settings ,statistics >there are two options available.
In status and settings : security, client firewall, intrusion detection, privacy control and ad blocking chan.
If I turn off secuity tab, every other option get blocked by itself. Security tab on garyo vaney internet haraucha. khai k vha ho.
Ani on menubar block traffic option is available but if I want to switch to 'allow traffic' then first I must turn on security option. yo garey ni hunna tyo garey hunna :(
