Please listen to interview with Sachit Sumsher with BBC Nepali service. - He almost claimed only people inside KTM are Nepali. - People outside Nepal are maoist and they do not represent Nepalese - Therefore lakhs of people who came to KTM were from outside and are maoist not nepali. What a idiot person with disgusting mentality and stinky royalist agenda.

I listened to him and he said all the people who are joining the revolution are forced by maoists. He clearly said People outside Kathmandu are not nepalis."Kathmandu ko manchhe kohi lageko chhaina, sabai bahira baata aayeka haru matrai ho, sabai lai maobadi le force garera matra aayeka hun" I have an idea (my personal idea), Why not make Kathmandu Gyaney's country and rest of country as republican Nepal. That will serve people like sachit samsher who cannot think beyond kathmandu. This sentiment of regarding kathmandu as Nepal is the main reason why places outside Kathmandu are not developed by government efforts. It has been true all through history of Nepal. Sale gadha haru bahira ko manchhe manchhe hoina, gauko nepali nepali hoina,

Sachchit should be beheaded by the Kathmanduites, he has degraded us so badly. His racist and prejudiced thinking has potrayed him as the slave of feudalism. Kathmadu is not Nepal and Nepal is not Kathmandu.

Shree 3 maharaj ko santan haruko sochne tarika aajhai paribartan bhayeko chaina. You can tell by his words and tone how much he values nepalese people's life. Does he even consider them as human. Shame on this bastart! Let's stick together for total democracy by the people for the people.

Anyone who watched that interview knows exactly why KG and his loony brigade are in the situation they are in now. The irational minds of the likes of Sachit Sumsher and Tulsi "Peter" Giri in addition to the rest of the Sycophant brigade of people like Kamal Thapa et all are so busy living in their bubble that they are really incredibly clueless. For anyone who is shcoked/surprised about these stataments, I agree with the above post, the thinking that KTM is Nepal has been prevalent for a very long time and the fact that people like Sachit Sumshere don't care a damn about what the people want should not be that surprising either - it's classic feudal mentality...which, thankfully looks like is only a question of hours as opposed to weeks or months that this lot learn to respect the power of the people!

Lets abolish Constitutional Monarchy and Lets establishthe regime of Shree 6 Prachanda. Lets see how the extreme anti Royalists will then Protest against His Majesty Prachanda. Lets see where will the SPAs go then, probably in concentration camps in Rolpa and Dolpa. And those who are outside Nepal now, do u think that you will be allowed to enter back into Shree Prachanda's Nepal?

Samir 28, What is your point (if there is one!), Sri Prachanda re? The same goon who had no qualms about bombing a civilian bus, kidnapping young children from schools, pronouncing "extra judicial" decisions which included evrything from beheading to cutting of limbs--you think he's got a chance in high hell to come into power? Perhaps you missed noticing that the Maoists- the same bunch that started the demand for Loktantra now have no shame is sending out public statements saying that they want to find "alternatives to Constitutent Assembly"...why the need to look into alternatives if you made the demand for loktantra and waged a bloody rebellion causing loss of life and devestation to decades of economic development? Why do they i.e. Prachanda and Baburam now feel the need to pacify and talk of alternatives to "constitutent assembly" - is it because they see the mass of humanity on the streets of KTM and all over the country and know that a good portion of those people are NOT going to be won over by the threat of guns and bombs?...The Maoists have as little control over the people as the parties do- this is no longer a revolution waged by the parties- it is an exercise of strength and solidarity by the people--and no amount of nonsense rhetoric by Sachit Sumshere or Prachanda (the "fierce when it suits me" one) is going to quell this revolt.

Every successive political movement in Nepal has been about taking power away from an entrenced elite. The 1950 revolution took power away from a Kathmandu elite of Ranas, and after a short spell, power was back in the hands of a very Ktm centric Shah clan with a sprinkling of Kathmandu based Chettris and Brahmins. The 1990 revolution resulted in power being taken away from theis newer elite and transfered to other urban elites mostly from the Terai and urban centers in the mid-hills. The Maoists movement, at its core, sought to take power from these urban Terai and hill elites, to the village elites and their associates. The present movement is also pretty much on the same lines. In each case, with the jury still being out on the Maoist movement, those who sought to snatch power from the elites have won. It is time for Kathmandu's well-to-do academic, social and economic elites, especially those of the royalist mould to wake up and smell the coffee : unless there is a system, and democracy inspite of its flaws is the only real one , to handle the aspirations of all sections of society, those on the recieving end of such movement will always be these very elities .
