I need to send some medicine to Kathmandu that is available only in USA, some herbal extract. Do you know how to send them? Do you know if we need to pay custom on it? Is it safe to fedex/ups to Kathmandu?

suggestion/experience...Thanks for your time.

Summer is coming so there must be someone going back to   just find someone who'll take it for you. Offer some money.

It should not be a problem if it is over the counter medicine. I sent some over the counter medicine via USPS to a PO Box in Kathmandu couple of months back, but it took about a month to get there. So I recommend either FEDEX or UPS if its urgent.
