no problam to nepali travelling nepal from usa through quatar air. it has no effect on transit until now.
the big problem is when anyone wants to return usa through quatar or any airlines. quatar has stopped its service to nepal so noone can come usa through quatar air.

second thing, usa has started entry denial not only for Nepalese but also for many asian for those who are in visa or green card. they will refuse entry to usa if they feel any suspect.
they have clearly mentioned they can only quarantine for us citizens other have to return back until further notice

Citizens and Permanent residents wont be denied entry.

"American citizens, lawful permanent residents, and their families who have been in China or Iran in the past 14 days will be allowed to enter the United States, but will be redirected to one of 11 airports to undergo health screening. Depending on their health and travel history, they will have some level of restrictions on their movements for 14 days from the time they left China or Iran."

Qatar Airways will continue to operate 3 flights a day for transit passengers. See the link below from Kantipur:

Qatar Airways is only banning folks trying to seek an entry into Qatar. Connection flights are fine.

Read here https://qatarairways.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/360006229097-COVID-19-Coronavirus-Update

Under the direction of government authorities of the State of Qatar, as a preventive measure to limit the spread of Coronavirus, entry to Qatar is temporarily suspended for all those travelling from the following countries: Bangladesh, China, Egypt, India, Iran, Iraq, Lebanon, Nepal, Pakistan, Philippines, South Korea, Sri Lanka, Syria and Thailand. Only those with onward connections through Hamad International Airport are accepted for travel.

I know of couple of people who made the trip last week and didn't had any issue. However, they reserve the right to deny anyone at port of entry if they see that you have traveled to one of the countries countries with temporary travel suspension or if you have a fever.
