How about Western Union Money Transfer ?
Can you also ask your client the different acceptable mode of payments ?

Your University who issue I-20 have clear instruction on how to pay for it. You can better email them. They might tell you to transfer money through some bank account in Nepal. If you have any friends or relative in US, you might seek their help in paying through check or CC online payment. Hope that works. It's not a big deal. Sending email to admission officer will resolve your issue. Good Luck.

Mancini is right. Question is confusing. Make it clear who needs to pay whom and for what.
