I read an article few days ago that mentioned that policy makers in Delhi refer Nepali leaders as Hillbilly. I couldn't find that article today. However, what do you think? Do Nepali leaders behave like Hillbilly? Hillbilly is deragoratory term for rural people who are backward.

Hillbilly is similar to “Pakhe “ in Nepali. It is a derogatory term but should be reclaimed.

I am proud to call myself “pakhe “ since our family comes from hilly area of Nepal.
