Hey Guys, mero TPS ra EAD June ko 2024 last year reregistration ko lagi apply gaerko thieye, ayle samma aako chaina. But i did get a l797 notice of action letter saying that my EAD that expired on dec 31,2022 has been extended until March 9, 2025. I have not received any letter for further extension after that. My TPS and EAD progress bar still says 3 months left for decision. 540 auto extension afai paucha bhanera mayle padeko thieye uscis ko website maa. Is my 2022 EAD still valid or not anymore until the new one shows up? ki March 9, 2025 mai expire bhayo? June 24 aauna lagisakyo yet still nothing. Any info on this would be much appreciated! Does your receipt notice say you'll get 540 days extension? Most likely your EAD is expired and you're not eligible to work until you get the new EAD. Did you employer file I9? If e-verify is showing you're eligible to work then you don't need to worry. 

Yes, your physical EAD card, which shows an expiration date of December 31, 2022, actually expired on March 9, 2025.

I got a regular I 797c receipt notice on june 10, 2024 stating i applied for Employment authorization...the notice says you are eligible for automatic extension up to 540 days from the expiration date printed on the front of your EAD if you have timely and properly filed to renew EAD, if your EAD renewal request is eligible for auto extension, if the category on your current EAD matches the "class requested"...and if your EAD renewal application is still pendng with USCIS when your current EAD expires...But on june 18, 2024, i also got notice of continued evidence of work authorization until MARCH 9, 2025....those 540 days have already been up since my EAD expired back on DEC 31, 2022...but it is still confusing though since our EAD did get auto extended till june of 2024 but i am thinking those 540 days don't count from june of 2024 which would have been nice cause it's been less than a year....So since i did get specific notice mentioning it was auto extnded until MARCH 9, 2025..that is probably it...MY TPS reregistration is still pending...still says 3 months ...and same with my EAD...i applied both of them at the same time last year...My employer is asking for my new EAD card...and i was wondering if i could point them to USCIS website that somehow mentions nepal's TPS and EAD is good until june of 2025....tara i don't see anything...e-verify gardaina jasto lagyo..nabhaye masanga EAD magiraakhdaina thieyo. Btw, mero TPS reregistration garda mero notice of action i 797-c receipts chai mero NAYYA address maa aayo last year...just like they should...TARA my i-797 notice of continued evidence of work authorization chai mero 2022 ko PURANO florida address maa gathyo...dhanna mail forward bhayera sister ko address maa gayo ani usle malai mail garera mero nayya address ma pathayo..kasto ulo gadha haru...how do these idiots manage to send one of the notices to my new address and the other one of my old address????? i check my profile on uscis and it has NEW Address...i am afraid when i get new EAD and TPS, they will probably send them to my old florida address again. is there anything i can do to ensure they send them to the right address? MY mailing addresses for both tps and ead have new addresses when i check my profile. I still don't trust them!

i got a notice that said your EAD that expired on 12/31/2022 is valid until march 9, 2025...so i am guessing there is nothing i can do from march 9 till june 24 until we get a new federal notice that says Nepal's TPS has been extended beyond JUNE 24, 2025 and there is a new automatic extension for EAD too.

That's correct. Yo admin le immmigrants lai kunai sajilo hune kam gardaina. EAD expire bhaye pachi grace dine wala chaina. Be careful if you're currently working.
