I don't have clear cut idea but as per my knowledge it is not difficult to get job in US for Nepalese Nurses. But they have to give TOEFL exams (IBT now) and score 80 or above and they have to give 1/2 more nursing exams to get the eqivalence here. So if someone is average smart its not hard at all. And again it takes some time to complete all those exams. Nurses get H1 very easily.

This is very bad time for foreign nurse to work in USA. There is no visa number available for foreign nurse to work even you pass the NCLEX and VISA SCREEN. BSC in Nursing might be a option for now if you are already in USA. But if you are in Nepal, it might not be wise thing for now because what after BSC?

Did u pass NCLEX? If yes then you can apply for bridge to RN programme in which you will finish BSN-RN within 2 yrs.And if you haven't pass NCLEX then it's worthless to try to transfer Nursing courses from Nepal coz nursing programme in the US doesn't expect it.
By the way, have u gotten eligibility to take NCLEX yet coz i need to ask you some questions.

I think they can.But it depends whether nursing school from nepal can suppy the document which
needs to get license.I guess that part is quite difficult coz some board of nursing shows lack of enough
practical hrs for Psychiatric nursing and some for pediatric nursing. If u get lucky to make documents which
board of nursing need,u'll get eligibilty within 3-4 months.
By the way anybdy has done nursing from biratnagar Nursing college?
