Situation in Nepal is going from bad to worse as everyday news of more and more hopelessness is broadcasted. What actually is going on in Nepal is known only when you contact your family who tell you about how lawlessness the country has become. In the name of building New Nepal everything is being changed. The old Nepal we knew no longer exists. How can we all just sit back and watch this nonsense going on. Does it have to hit home before we all act up. What is it that we can do to stop or even try this madness
What can we do to send a firm message to the leaders of Nepal that Nepalese community around the world is concerned. Is there a way we can participate in saving our country??? Is there such a committee where we can voice our concerns????? OR Should we start one here in the US.??????......

I would like to participate too. I was in kathmandu for few days recently. There is no law, no regulation and no security. All my family live back home. Everybody just complains about politics. But nobody steps in to bring change. I don't know much about current political issues but I would like to learn about it.

We got to have a realistic chance of beating SPAM with their own stick. You see, even Sajha is full of SPAM warlords and their crooks. There are more than 300 Warlords. Then there are kids of 300 warlords. Then all their families and friends. They all feed on the corruption and terrorism money. They are a big group. We need to realise this. We need to realise that this fight is not going to be easy to win. i really dont like to comment on organizations like ANA and NASEA (biggies in US, good for nothing)....but i cud not help myself not writing this comment given to me on one of the board meeting "OUR ORGANIZATION WAS ESTABLISHED TO PROMOTE NEPAL AND NEPALI CULTURE IN US, BUT WITH THE MODERN CHANGES IT HAS BEEN LIKE DASHAIN FESTIVAL WHERE WE TEND TO LIMIT OUR SHOW TO DRINK, DANCE AND PARTY WELL AND NOTHING BEYOND IT AND IT WOULDNT BE SMART OR GOOD IDEA TO CHANGE THE EXPECTATIONS." i know this sounds stupid but i guess nobody really cares abt it anyways....so JOB WELL DONE TILL NOW FOR ANA AND NASEA....lets limit the thing to that...
