WHAT and HOW MUCH? Somefriends are organizing a
fundraising happy hour here in Washington, DC this thursday to help this
cause. It would mean the world to us if everyone could atleast drop by,
even for a little while. Here are the details:

How it will work:
Option 1: Make a donation at the door and get special prices for drinks
Option 2: Pay normal prices for drinks with the donation included.

So, THE MORE YOU DRINK, THE MORE YOU ARE HELPING. < ----->( LOL) hahahaha

The Cause:

Help raise funds to Rebuild the Samaritan Children Home in Navalady,
SriLanka.

Sitara, you are a regular contributor of this forum. Whenever you publish something there is 10 replies on your thread in 10 mins. Hence that must conclude something and that something is -- For whatever reason it might be, you are famous out here. So yes, its hard for me not to expect something from you, its like Girija telling me, "please refrain from wasting your expectations on how I should or should not do politics." You are a immense personality here in sajha, thus, "you have great powers and with it comes great responsibilities." So, sitara i dont think you can back off now and tell us not to expect anything from you, you should have thought about it when you posted your first thread and your beautiful picture in this website.

Sincerly, i did not even want to argue with sitara or anybody in such issue, but it just seems wild when ppl like these, who give long lectures on humanity, fail to contribute some thoughts on such harandous disaster. I am just a little ticked off, thats it.

I think some of you have been unnecessarily harsh on Sitara. I don't know if there are some issues between you guys, but I thought some of the comments were uncalled for.

The sad thing in today's world is that most of us are just used to watching tamasha. Noone's willing to come out and voice their support when they see atrocities committed or people harassed. I decided to write specially after seeing u_day's line And as for you, Sitara. You are one of the most superficial, hypocrite, and whining person I have ever seen which was just indecent and uncalled for.

It looks like u_day has made a disappearing act and only one who's bearing the weight the dissidents is confused - who brought Sitara into this in the first place.

here give you 3 simple reasons why they are similar:

1) they both have power to manupulate ppl. Sitara in Sajha and Girija in Nepal.
2) Both have fans and ppl who carry fans sud know fans do expect something from them. Be it Ghush khane or good writing.
3) Both are publicly known. Sitara here on sajha, and Girija in Nepal, so both of them are equally hated and loved. and many others similarity, rest i leave u to find.

I am so suprised ppl to see ppl's reaction when i mention name like Nepe and Sitara.It is always a big deal when these names are written down in sajha.com. What crime did i even commit to start such a rage in here. All i asked was a simple question, Why didnt they write anything, WHEN THESE SAME PPL loved defending humanity other times? that was a simple question that i presented and hence the thread got twisted. Pll like L_B and Saroj are the ppl who only like to come and mingle on these kind of threads. Saroj, i never went to bite sitara, i typed those letters in sajha to appreciate both Sitara's beauty and her writings. Hence, my motives are no ill motives as seen by me, but anyway lets respect privacy and Whatever goes on between Sitara and Me is none of your bussiness. And advancing with girls on real life, i bet i can even burn you on this matter.
