What do I need to sponsor my friend from nepal? She is coming to study here. Will it affect me if she does not study and looses her status? Or if she work illegal and get caught? I would like to help her but I heard that once I sponsor her, I will be responsible for her act. Please give me some information on sponsoring somebody.

u can't always controlled her, can u ? if u can't control than how can u be held accountable. the thing u can't control is out ur sphere, and why would law come after u when she decides to be Out Of Status.
