I have some F-1 and immigration questions for you and hope to get your advice and suggestion. I was out of status( illegal) in USA for 2 and half years. I graduated(Bachelore's degree) and now I am in Nepal for 1 year. I am planning to apply for visa for the grad college(masters) for coming January semester. What are the chances and probabily that I will get the visa? Is there anyway I can check my last SEVIS record? Anyone in that situation or have some knowledge please suggest and advice me. Thanks Sight

WHY U WENT TO NEPAL AND DID NOT APPLY FOR NEPAL? WERE U REINSTATED AFTER THAT? IF U WERE, U DONT HAVE TO WORRY. IF U LEFT THE COUNTRY WITHOUT BEING REINSTATED, U R CONSIDERED TO BE IN VOULNTARY DEPARTURE AND U HAVE NOT ACCRUED THE ILLEGALITY PERIOD. U R IN SAFE HANDS.
