There is rumor why Karishma Manandhar (KC) ran away to USA. Prachanda is/was a great fan of Karishma, and when Maoists were running their atrocities in the past 12 years, Prachanda wanted to meet Karishma KC, and they tried to threaten her if she would not come to meet Prachanda. २. प्रतिस्पर्धात्मक बहुदलीय शासन प्रणाली, नागरिक स्वतन्त्रता, मौलिक अधिकार, मानव अधिकार, प्रेस स्वतन्त्रता तथा कानुनी राज्यको अवधारणालगायत लोकतान्त्रिक मूल्य र मान्यताप्रति प्रतिबद्धता व्यक्त गर्दै तदनुरूप शान्तिपूर्ण ढङ्गले आ-आफ्ना गतिविधि सञ्चालन गर्ने ।

३. संविधानसभाको स्वतन्त्र तथा निष्पक्ष निर्वाचनका लागि दुवै पक्षका सेना र हतियारको व्यवस्थापनमा सहयोग गर्न र त्यसको अनुगमन गर्न संयुक्त राष्ट्रसङ्घलाई अनुरोध गर्ने ।

४. ०४६ सालको जनआन्दोलन र हालैको ऐतिहासिक आन्दोलनबाट प्राप्त लोकतान्त्रिक अधिकारहरूको प्रत्याभूति गर्दै र १२ बुँदे समझदारीमा व्यक्त प्रतिबद्धता र युद्धविराम आचारसंहिताको प्रस्तावनाको भावनालाई आधार बनाउँदै अन्तरिम संविधान निर्माण गर्ने, सोहीअनुरूप अन्तरिम सरकार गठन गर्ने, संविधानसभाको निर्वाचनको मिति घोषणा गर्ने, सहमतिद्वारा अर्को व्यवस्था गरी प्रतिनिधिसभा भङ्ग गर्ने र नेकपा -माओवादी) द्वारा गठित जनसरकारहरू विघटन गर्ने ।

५. दूरगामी प्रभाव पार्ने राष्ट्रिय महत्त्वका विषयहरूमा सहमतिका आधारमा निर्णय लिने ।

६. नेपाली जनताले संविधानसभाको निर्वाचनमा कुनै डर, धाक, धम्की र हिंसाको प्रभावबिना नै संविधान निर्माणको प्रक्रियामा सहभागी हुन पाउने आधारभूत अधिकारको प्रत्याभूति गर्ने । निर्वाचनमा आवश्यकताअनुसार अन्तरर्  ाष्ट्रिय पर्यवेक्षण तथा अनुगमन गराउने ।

७. संविधानसभाको निर्वाचनमार्फत वर्गीय, जातीय, क्षेत्रीय, लैङ्गिकलगायतका समस् याहरूको समाधान गर्ने गरी राज्यको अग्रगामी पुनःसंरचना गर्ने । लोकतन्त्र, शान्ति, समृद्धि, अग्रगमन तथा देशको स्वतन्त्रता, सार्वभौमिकता र स्वाभिमानलाई केन्द्रमा राख्दै नेपाल सरकार र नेकपा -माओवादी) बीच भएको युद्धविरामलाई स्थायी शान्तिमा परिणत गर्ने र वार्ताको माध्यमबाटै समस् याको समाधान गर्ने प्रतिबद्धता व्यक्त गर्ने ।

८. सरकार-माओवादी वार्ता टोलीलाई माथि उल्लिखित विषयहरूसँग सम्बन्धित सबै कार्यहरू अविलम्ब सम्पन्न गर्न निर्देशन गरिएको छ ।

The Eight-point SPA-Maoist agreement

The Eight-point agreement reached between the seven-party alliance and CPN-Maoist following summit talks between the two sides at the Prime Minister’s residence at Baluwatar on Friday (June 16, 2006) is as follows (Unofficial Translation)

1. Effectively and honestly implement the 12-point understanding reached between the SPA and Maoists in November last year and the 25-point Ceasefire Code of Conduct signed between the SPA government and CPN-Maoist on May 26 this year

2. Commitment to democratic norms and values including competitive multi-party system, civic liberties, fundamental rights, human rights, press freedom, and the concept of rule of law and Carry out each other’s activities in a peaceful manner

3. Request the United Nations to help in the monitoring and management of the armies and arms of both government and Maoist sides for a free and fair election to the Constituent Assembly

4.Guarantee the democratic rights achieved through the 1990 Popular Movement and the recent historic People’s Movement; draft an interim constitution based on the 12-point understanding and the ceasefire Code of Conduct; form an interim government accordingly; announce the dates for constituent assembly elections; dissolve the House of Representatives through consensus after making alternative arrangement; dissolve the People’s Governments of CPN-Maoist

5. Decide issues of national interests having long-term effects through consensus

6. Guarantee the fundamental right of the Nepali people to participate in the constituent assembly elections without any fear, influence, threat and violence. Invite international observation and monitoring during the elections as per the need

7. Bring about a forward-looking restructuring of the state so as to resolve the class-based, racial, regional and gender-based problems through constituent assembly elections. Transform the ceasefire between the Nepal Government and CPN-Maoist into permanent peace by focusing on democracy, peace, prosperity, forward-looking change and the country’s independence, sovereignty and pride, and express commitment to resolve the problem through talks

8. The government and Maoist talks teams have been directed to accomplish all tasks related to above-mentioned points without any delay

To all the people who believe what was written was the demands made by the "voice of people". Well now I do believe one thing that Prachanda does have a good sense of humor. So whats the real demands/agreement?

We Nepalese should have only 1-point demand at present... CRUSH the Fugging Prachanda and Baburam.

SPAMmer killers have entered into so many agreements with Maoists. There have been 25 points, which was supported by 12 and then 8 (and then there were manysmaller ones in between these)....Basically it will end with 1 point... TERRORISM ruling Nepal and SPAMmers killing all Nepalis.
