 Green Card AOS with overstay status

If some one overstay in F1 status and got married with the Green Card holder will that person be able to adjust of status through GC marriage without leaving country and get Green Card. Does any one know this kind of situations????

looking for inputs from experience one....

No. Your status will not be immediately adjusted to permanent resident by marrying a GC holder. There is a quota system for GC holder's spouse. Generally takes about 2-4 yrs. So, you have to go back to Nepal after marriage. When your GC is approved, you can come back again.
