I dont know yet. My case got approved today and will know the validity once i receive the ead. Will update soon.

@All Sajha Guys: MY TPS and EAD both has expiration date dec 24 2018.Awesome to have 6 month extra but dont know why i got extra six month.

anyone who have applied for AP last year and this year.. can you please list all the doc required t file AP after TPS is approved? do we need any proof of why we want to travel to nepal?

I applied , All you need is the form and a letter stating the reason for the travel.

Also , GUYS GUYS GUYS , My TPS shows approved in the uscis , EAD and AP is still in progress.

Is your AP approved too? Did you send 2 passport size photo and any evidence/proof of why you want to travel?

AP and EAD is still in progress. I sent 2 photos and no evidence but just a letter stating the reason to travel as an evidence.

What reason did you mention in your letter? Can you share

mine was little bit different and genuine. It was for medical emergency and I applied it in the uscisc office ....pretty much the same process but it gets approved within in an hour.

Did you file it in uscis office this time too?

I applied for AP last year, and got approved too. When I applied for AP last year, my TPS application was still in pending status.
The reason I mentioned was family visit in Part 4 section 1 a of i131 form. I did not send any extra letter stating detailed reason for travel.

And how long it took to get the AP approved after filing?

It took forever last year. Around 4 months. My travel plans changed too and I never traveled with TPS AP.

My case was received by USCIS on 1st November and was forwarded to Nebraska Branch. The case status says it's still processing.

Has anybody had their TPS renewal application approved from Nebraska branch recently?

All TPS application are approved by nebraska office. Mine was approves thru the same

@nepalisajha: No need to give proof for visit.Just give the reason Home visit.And it take 1 and half month to be Approve.

How long Is the AP Valid for? Do they give it for 1 year or just for certain period? Also, do they give it for single or multiple entries?

Is they anything you need to mention in the form to get the AP with 1 year validity and for multiple entries?

@nepalisajha3: It depends wheather you will get Either six month or ome year.For multiple entries you need to select multiple while filling the form.You dont need to mention anything just selcet multiple entries and that yr luck wheather u will get 6 or 1 yr.Good luck
