We've known Hillary for long time, her charity works towards numerous other humanitarian issues etc. 1. She gave and delivered a kickass commencement speech at Wellesley College in 1969. 2. She was one of 27 women who graduated from Yale Law School in 1973, out of a class of 235. 3. She was the only woman on the Nixon impeachment investigation team. 4. She cofounded the Arkansas Advocates for Children and Families advocacy group. 5. She broke the mold for first ladies with her speech at the 1995 United Nations Women's Conference in China. 6. She won a Grammy for the audio edition of her book, It Takes a Village. 7. She worked with Ted Kennedy to expand the Children's Health Insurance Program. 8. She won the most votes of any female presidential candidate in history. 9. She set the stage for Obamacare by pushing health care reform in the '90s and during the 2008 campaign. 10. She became the most-traveled U.S. secretary of state ever. 11. She set into motion the first American talks with Iran since the 1979 revolution.
Now who is Bernie Sanders, I don't know, I really don't know and to me he popped up suddenly out of nowhere. If you are partaking in a match, there has to be someone to compete with. I believe any contenders to Hillary are just those out there just for the sake of it(match aka debate). And for someone like me when I saw him suddenly on TV saying that he's getting donation for his campaign not from billionaires but public. People paid standing ovation with round of applause, so? so what's the point? Does that make him saint? But to lot of people that made sense and now he's everyone's' talk of the night. Yes, there are things that make lot of sense to people. The same people who would believe they're getting free Ipad on some fake facebook page of real publication, the same people who follow Trump the maniac, the same fans who would like/share tweets of their drughigh fav singer who claims earth is flat, the same people who resend/retext/reshare religious messages out of fear(do this or curse would happen type), the same people who argues Ron Paul's gold theory must come back in action, the same people who believe and sell all their belongings in the name of judgment day only to turn into homeless next day, seriously I sometimes think how gullible we are to think whatever we hear and see are the truths. Bernie Sanders is another hype to me. Few videos on youtube found me the guy was a big time critique of democratic party itself, and didn't spare Obama policy from criticizing. I am afraid of sweet talkers and often time they're the back stabbers.
In all honesty, I really can't trust this Bernie dude and it seems like how honestly he's saying his things, Hillary is the way to go. Campaigns can't be run without money, however way you get it, you need money. He'll be in billionaire's pocket too if he's to get presidency. Those who think he's not going to be, are just type of people I mentioned in a paragraph above this.
If you are OBAMA supporters, VOTE for Hillary, if you are not VOTE for bernie.
Good Luck.
I'm seeing Hillary Clinton as the next president of the United States of America.

Last debate, I heard him say when someone asked if it's FREE education on Universities, he said 'NO', yes big NO and then he continued wickedly with that it's Free education for poor on public school and community colleges. Well what's new on there, there are state funded colleges and schools for underprivileged students for FREE already. So, his FREE education is a big propaganda to draw more votes in.
There is one guy always in a crowd who beg to differ regardless of what the point is. Bernie is one.

After being wrong time and again even under the guise of multiple username, sixfour aka bittertruth does not learn. This campaign is not about what people believe or assume. This campaign is about a political revolution that you are seeing everyday.
After the cancellation of Trump rally today, the media is forced to show the power of the people. Sheeples who follow the establishment rhetoric blindly do not have the decency to show any respect to opposition.
All they say is "this will not happen" "Bernie will never make it". Stop trying to pretend that you know the future. I'm sorry but sheeples cannot predict the future.
In future if Bernie does not win, then that's all fine and good but please don't act as if you have the super power to predict the future.

When demographics is becoming increasingly favorable for Democrats I wonder why some people are so timid to push for big ideas like universal health care, affordable (if not free education) and so forth.
Some people really need to free themselves from mindset set-up by Regan.

Says guys with probably more than 10 usernames — that do not change who you are. The guy who prudently swears by terms and conditions to protect it's users privacy on chatroom or few threads on this site is openly forgetting his very rule, revealing users personal nicknames when there isn't any need of it as the nicknames used weren't even harassing anyone. Every single user here I know have more than 2 or three nicknames. Regardless of how much do I disagree with them, I don't childishly reveal their identities for no reason. Is it because my opinion differed than yours? Just tell me, I'll delete all my posts and probably step off from having any sensible discussion. I wrote post above implicitly to hint at you, as you totally became aggravated this morning in the chat and ended up name calling. When people don't agree with you, do you blatantly tag them 'stupid' and 'fool'?
Despite my plea, you failed to heed simple connotations that the way things going right now, Bernie can't have a chance. There is highly elegant theory of incomputable sequence prediction that can't be used in practice but can be observed. For example, if I drop a basketball, it's gonna hit the ground due to proximity and the nature of gravity. This entire thread, I've been saying is like 'I dropped a basketball, now it's gonna hit the ground'. Yes, I can make this prediction with surety.
You don't have to be obnoxiously adamant to impose your emotion-laced feelings all time to prove your points, unbeknownst to you at times, are vague and self-insulting because of your lack of common sense.
I want to re-iterate, with current trend going, bernie can't win the nomination, let alone presidency.

I am sorry but you are flip-flopping between bittertruth and sixfour so it becomes difficult to address you. You once posted the same thing as sixfour and then deleted it and posted as bittertruth so this is not some secret thing. That fact is open to everyone who are getting notifications on this thread. You put it out in the open and you should be okay to live with it without making a big deal! People may have multiple usernames but if they use it on the same thread to show support for their own ideologies then it just shows how weak their stance is. I thought you enjoyed the argument and wouldn't take it too seriously. Furthermore I don't think there was any name calling in there. You should resolve things in chatroom in the chatroom itself.
You continue to make prophecies like you are a prophet LOL but you have a right to do that just like I have a right to speak against your inaccuracies.
When you call someone emotional, are you implying that you are not being emotional? If anyone you're the one being emotional by making all sorts of prophecies to fit your emotional needs :)

Now, this is what am talking about. These superdelegates already have their president, guess who? Yes, Hillary Clinton.
As it can be seen, look what superdelegate Howard Dean has to say.
I feel for Uncle Bernie, he is a very nice person and like in earlier posts that I've written, I would still go for him if (yes big I F), he magically becomes president but you see the hurdles below. Public votes don't seem to do much unless these delegates change their mind as they did back in 2008 and Obama became the president. This time they're siding with Hillary.
So, tell me, how do you think uncle bernie is going to win? He talks the talk of breaking banks. These delegates won't let that happen.
It's a fact and when I see these facts, I base my points that he can't be nominated. I don't throw facts based off of people screaming and cheering in emotion.

The thing I don't understand about you is this
"I would still go for him if (yes big I F), he magically becomes president"
Is your support based on who wins? Don't you have a sense of integrity on what you stand for what you support? Don't you have a backbone in your body? :)

My point is, Hillary front are more liberal than bernie front.
If Bernie Sanders wins the nomination Clinton supporters will likely fall in line. The simple reason for that is there’s nothing they have to lose with his presidency. And while they may disagree on certain issues, they do accept that he’s fundamentally different from, and better than the GOP.
However, the same cannot be said if Hillary Clinton wins. To Sanders supporters, the prospect of a Clinton nomination presents a serious dilemma. They would be torn between stopping a crypto-fascist from reaching the White House for four years (and all that entails), and voting to potentially kill their own movement. Voting for Hillary would mean diluting their power within the Democratic Party by supporting a leader who is bankrolled by big donors, caters to economic conservatives, and has shown progressive causes little commitment save for when it is convenient for her political career.
This is the reality. "Bernie movement" is very destructive to it's own Democratic party.

You sander supporters are more like republicans who hates folks within democratic party, despite themselves being democrats. We don't hate any of you. See now who is more liberal. And yes, that's the answer to you question if you are wondering about integrity or me not having backbone. lol :)

Lol BT bro I wrote something and deleted... I was just trying to remind you that once you wrote that you will not do something or do something (I forgot what was that ) if TPS is granted to Nepalese and eventually it happened. Right now It looks difficult but it is not impossible for Bernie to get the nomination. So don't be too confident..

You continue to wallow in your own assumptions but I can't help you with your preconceived notions.
I will tell you what it means to me and I hope you will understand and respect that :)
I am not about 2 party politics. I support the candidate and not the party. In this case I support Bernie. I don't support him because he will win. I support him because I want him to win.
I am about facts whereas you are all about 'ifs' and 'buts'. So there you have it. I hope it's clear to you but maybe you are incapable of understanding things that do not fall in line with your assumptions, ifs and buts.
As the great Geology Tiger inputted, it does remind us of your great prophecy and animosity towards the TPS against which you religiously posted - until it was granted and you had to 'disappear' for a while but it's okay we still love you. We don't take your ignorance or your inability to grasp simple subjects too personally. It's your problem :)

Thinking objectively, maybe the Hillary supporters in the remaining states should vote Bernie in the primary. People (including me) used to be very skeptical of Bernie. But now Bernie turns out be stronger than Hillary in the general election. Bernie can defeat Trump, Cruz and Rubio by a larger margin than Hillary. And very very very surprisingly, Hillary would actually lose to Kasich while Bernie would still beat Kasich. IMO, to maximize a democratic win in the general election, the democrats in the rest of the states should vote Bernie.

@sixfour
Your quote, "To Sanders supporters, the prospect of a Clinton nomination presents a serious dilemma. They would be torn between stopping a crypto-fascist from reaching the White House for four years (and all that entails), and voting to potentially kill their own movement."
If Trump ekes out a victory and reaches the White House, he might end up becoming something like Republican (former) Gov. Pete Wilson of California, but at a much grander scale.
After then Gov. Pete Wilson became an enthusiastic proponent of Proposition 187, Latino participation in California's electoral process soared like never before making sure that Republicans lose in almost every statewide (and national) elections for the past almost two decades. Arnold Schwarzenegger was the only Republican, though be it a moderate one, to win statewide elections since then.

Khaobadi, lets hope so.
As per Mily, things are not looking good for Hillary. We had high hopes for her in Florida and other major big states but it seems like flood of all independents, democrats are leaning towards him. I'm talking about Florida and poll shows bernie is preferred over Hillary. If this coming 15th, Hillary loses Florida, political dynamics may take sharp turn. See, things are so volatile in politics esp in election season, I can't adhere to same logic forever. But some folks may come up to bite me off saying that I lied. Or they may even scratch totally irrelevant topics that I brought in in the past to make me look like a goof when they run out of their reasoning to counter my point. God bless them.
Not that I hate bernie, but I still would have for once wanted someone to bring back clinton era prosperity, being the first female(not being sexist) president would have had a quite a bit of good ripples across the globe as an added benefit. It would have been quite empowering moment for women all across. It would have been a real change. I don't particularly and extremely relate myself to politics but there are some historical changes that I definitely want to witness, one that her being the first female president.
Whatever may the outcomes be, let Democrats win the election. That's all it matters for now.

Sixfour,
You have shown multiple times your tendency to be wrong or inaccurate. Nobody is saying you lied. I have pointed out multiple instances when you were wrong including yes the TPS issue whereby you were hard core supporter of not giving TPS to Nepalis.
So you need to get your logic straight. Noone is accusing you of lying. Stop making up things!
Being wrong multiple times and being pointed out is not irrelevant because you keep doing that because you are close minded in your extreme beliefs. You are simply not open to the possibility of something happening that is opposite of what you believe in!
When you live in this world you need to be a bit more open minded is all my concern.
Then again some of your belief like having a woman president would be great for this world is outright wrong. We need a pilot that flies the plane well. We don't want a pilot who is a man, woman or a minority unless he or she is extremely capable. There are too many inconsistencies and money involved with Hillary for her to be the best pilot to fly the plane to a better future. It maybe an empowering thought but who do you want to empower next? Maybe you will want to have a transgender as the president next. Maybe you will feel emotional next about having a handicapped president.
All those are all fine and good as long as they are capable people. We cannot just elect someone as a president just because you feel emotional about their empowerment. We can make them all feel empowered by providing them with equal opportunity to become the president of the United states if they are capable :)
