USCIS processing info is not exact, so let’s track everyone’s updated info.
I-140, I485 and I-765 filed together under EB2 in Nebraska center. Receipt date is 02/07/2007. FP is done on 03/28/2007. EAD approved and received on 04/21/2007.
Now, USCIS website shows, processing date for I-140 is Dec 14, 2006 and for I-485 is March 03, 2007.
I checked mine, both I-140 and I-485 are still pending.

How much do you guys pay for your lawyer/attorney. This one firm that I am talking to says it costs around 7000+ adv. costs. Is that pretty standard or quite expensive?

How do I find cheaper, but reliable, lawyers?

Saan dai or anybody else please help me

My labor through EB3 was filed in sep 2005 approaved last year Sep 2006 and filed I140 under EB3 last SEP 2006. Again started Labor under EB 2 and got approaved in may 2007 meanwhile all the dates are current, Will it be better to apply I140 and I185 under eb2 withdrawing the previous one or apply for I485 under eb3 in july 1. Does it matter anymore sicne my priority date is current. Please advide me which way is better. My lawyer has recommanded me to stay through eb3 process, but i am not sure..

Thanks
