I am in Visa with no SSN here in US.
I applied for CES report from CGFNS for Texas.
My primary Address is not Texas but one of the Compact State. Now Texas Board of Nursing is saying since I am from one of the compact state I have to apply for nursing license in my primary address state. I don't want to do that because my home state has many criteria for Nursing license.
Please share your similar experience.
I came to know that one who is in visa can provide his country of origin address.
Has any body provided Nepal's address or out side US address when applying for Texas BON?

Thanks
