Can anyone tell me if you are applying for a F1 visa and want to bring your spouse to the states does your dependent have to fill a different form or just one form for the principal applicant will suffice. thanks

you need to fill different application for the Dependant.

People working in embassy don't wanna talk in this matter but you can contact american center they are really very helpful.
