I am looking for the most efficient means of travel from San Diego to Long Beach in Los Angeles County. I am not looking to fly or drive. Please share your experiences, if you have any or have any recommendations. Besides Amtrak, i haven't been able to find any other means Thank you in advance!

Try Greyhound Bus service. You dont wanna fly, dont wanna drive , that left you with either Greyhound or Amtrack. The last option would be walk.
