Does any Sajhaites know where the new commers (came on H-4 visa) can get the Social Security card? Any City/State? Any information is greately appreciated. Thanks guys.

If you're in H4 visa (dependent visa), you're out of luck. Dependents are not eligible for SSN.

As PunteDamai said, you are not eligible to get SSN as you are on H4. Go to www.ssa.gov for more information.
