Hi folks:

If anyone of you is interested on an aparmtment for two weeks from January 15th till January 31st, please contact me at (718)578-3424.

It is a studio apartment, close to a subway,and the two weeks rent is $250. If you are interested for a long term, then you can further lease the apartment.

The best time to contact me at evening after 5 pm (however you can call me at anytime and leave me a message), the nearby subway is 7 train, and it is 15 minutes away from Manhattan.

It is a good deal if you are planning to visit NYC during the month of January (Mid till End) 2007 or if you are new to the city and looking for a reasonable apartment. Moreover, it is a best deal for a student.
