that was about a month ago, an old gurung man was hit and killed on the spot by a ford truck on diagonal hwy in longmont and the driver ran away. the driver hasn't been identified yet.

Nepalese pedestrian killed ... This news was true but dated 12/9/2005 LONGMONT — A restaurant worker was struck by a vehicle and killed on the Diagonal Highway southwest of Hover Street late Wednesday night as he crossed the road to catch a bus, police said. The driver of the vehicle that hit the 65-year-old man at about 10:15 p.m. did not stop, and police said it’s possible the driver was unaware someone had been hit.
