Thesedays employers have become smarter, so they are increasingly requiring face to face interview due to too many scams such as proxy interviewers through skype and phone.

Kiddo, Nothing to elaborate here. Somebody just putting an Ad in sajha.com for fake interview. That's all! If you want more elaboration then it is nothing but he/she is willing to give interview on your behalf. "Proxy" is just another glittering word made by consulting companies for fake interviews. Good or Bad? I don't know. It's all about you to decide.

Thanks Sajhamitra. That's what I suspected, but wanted to give the benefit of doubt. You said, 'Good or bad? I don't know." Really? You don't know whether it is good or bad when somebody is deceiving a company claiming that person is somebody else? We complain all about how our leaders are wrong and how corrupt our country is, and what do we do here? Engage in such overtly fraudulent activity and close our eyes when you see one being committed. This is just wrong!! If I see this kind of posting again here I will definitely report it to the authorities.

java4480,
You can be a life saver for me to get into project. I want to get in touch with you. Which city are you in? I want to see you personally. I do java too but my interview just doesn't go well. And what is your charge for that? If you don't want to expose your identity here, just send personal message to me with your address and phone number.
Thank you.

Kiddo, I know what you are trying to say but look everyone has different situation and different stage in their job hunting. He/She might have tried every possible options to find a job but might not have work out for him/her or he/she is just searching to easy way to get into the job. I really don't care and also don't know. I just can't judge. You are thinking in your perspective. Obviously nobody wants to go in wrong way when there are ways in right way. It's about you what you want to do with your life because only you can do true judgment for your situations. Neither me nor you nor anyone in this world except that person. I am not here to give preach speech and suggest them not to cheat because I guess at this age we all know what is good and what is bad. You don't have to say "This is just wrong!! " because everyone knows that cheating is wrong. It's up to the person who is doing cheating. He can do whatever the heck he wants. It's him who will take blame nor you. It's him who will suffer from consequences. So I let him/her to decide. Look man we live in free world and people can do whatever the heck with their decisions. I grew up as a person and I learned it from my experience. You simply can't force your thoughts to another person whether it's good or bad. Let him do whatever he choose to do and let him have the consequences.

"You simply can't force your thoughts to another person" True, I am not going to force this person to believe that what she is doing is wrong. But I have a belief as well, and I will act upon my belief if I feel it is wrong. That's my thought, and you certainly shouldn't "force" your thought into mine. As for situations, every action can be justified with enough context. Why did a thief steal? Because he was hungry, had no money and didn't see other feasible method. Why did murderer kill? He wanted revenge, or he just wasn't thinking right at that time. Why do our leaders take bribe? Because they have worked hard to get where they are and now need to feed their family. I tend to move away from the context and judge the action by itself. If somebody is deceiving in an interview blatantly I call it wrong. It's a shame that we are tolerating this kind of posting here and people like you are defending it.

KIddo, If someone who you do not know enters your house without your permission you have right to shoot that person as an act of self defense. Its a murder too would you still say its wrong? Wrong you think could be right to another person depending upon the circumstances. Whatever the heck she is doing i know she charges money but she is helping to be one step closer to someones better life. Whats wrong with it? As long as person doesn't hurt another person in any way , they are entitled to do whatever the heck they think is right.Thats what free world means I guess. I am not supporting the girl nor i would say she did wrong. She is not my bau patti ko nor she is of my aama patti ko and i am not saying you are wrong too but things are not always the same my friend. You can speak for yourself but you can not blame others for not looking things at your prospective.

I think our Nepalese society has degenerated to such extent that we are openly offering/soliciting such activities and I'm appalled by the fact that we are criticizing people who are actually opposing it. I think our society is seriously is in need of moral lessons from the top down (or maybe bottoms up) . I'm pretty sure these crooks who are offering these kinds of services and the fools who are soliciting these services will soon be brought to justice. Remember the incident with some fellow Nepalese who forged bank documents in Kansas and got caught after many years, well do keep that in mind before you jump into this treacherous path.
