Plan selection depends on the zipcode so there aren't any plans to distinctly choose from.
 
Also, If your employee covers healthcare and your individual premium isn't more than 9.5% of your income, then you are ineligible for subsidies in the health insurance exchange. Without the subsidy, your premium will most likely be higher than your employer's premium.
